They are ranked below on what we can actually show you — COFEPRIS accreditation, published pricing, confirmed English-speaking staff and a street address — with every criterion marked per clinic so you can check our working.
What “best” means here
Most “best clinics” pages never say what they measured. These are the four things we measure and how many of the 128 IVF clinics in our directory currently satisfy each one.

What we deliberately do not rank on
- Success rates. Mexico has no mandatory public outcome reporting comparable to the US SART database. Every figure quoted anywhere is self-reported and uncomparable between clinics, so we hold none and publish none.
- Payment. Featured slots are sold and always carry a ribbon. They change placement on the directory listing and city pages. They change nothing on this page.
- Patient reviews. We do not yet hold any, and a ranking built on an empty review set would be a ranking built on nothing.
- Contact details. We hold a phone number or email for most of these clinics, but we only publish a channel once a person here has called or written to it and confirmed it works. None have been through that check yet, so it earns no clinic a point and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Every listing carries the clinic’s own website.

What makes a clinic "best" on this page?
Four things we can show you the evidence for: COFEPRIS accreditation on file, a published starting price, confirmed English-speaking staff, and a street address. Accreditation counts double because it is the only one issued by somebody other than the clinic. We do not rank on success rates, patient reviews, or payment — the first two we have no verifiable source for, and the third would make this page an advertisement.
Are these the best IVF clinics in Mexico by success rate?
No, and no honest directory can give you that. Mexico has no mandatory public outcome reporting comparable to the US SART database, so every success rate you will see quoted comes from the clinic quoting it, with no age band, denominator or time period you can compare against another clinic's. We hold no verified outcome data and publish none. Ask each clinic for its live-birth rate per embryo transfer, for your age band, for the most recent complete year, and for the number of cycles behind the figure.
Do clinics pay to appear higher on this page?
No. Clinics can pay for a featured slot, which affects placement on the directory listing and city pages and is always marked with a ribbon. It buys nothing here — this page is ordered purely on the four criteria above, and featured clinics are scored identically to everyone else.
What does IVF cost at these clinics?
10 of the 128 IVF clinics we list publish a price, and those run $2,500–$25,000 USD for a standard cycle, with a median starting price of $7,391. Those are the clinics' own figures. Medication is almost never included and typically adds $1,500–$4,000.
What does an unmarked criterion mean?
That we have not confirmed it, not that the clinic lacks it. A clinic with no COFEPRIS mark may well be accredited and simply has not been verified by us yet. That is why every row links to the clinic's full profile and why we publish the coverage of each criterion above the table — a ranking built on partial data should say how partial.
