What IUI costs in Mexico
Typical market range$800–$2,500 USD
A published market range for intrauterine insemination (iui) in Mexico, not a figure we calculated from these listings — only 9 clinics on this page publishes a price, and the prices we hold are for IVF cycles rather than for this treatment. Quote it as a starting point and get an itemized quote.
Prices are for the procedure as clinics describe it and rarely include medication, which typically adds $1,500–$4,000 to a stimulated cycle. See every price we hold, by city and clinic →
What IUI involves
Prepared sperm is placed directly into the uterus with a thin catheter, timed to ovulation. The procedure itself takes a few minutes and needs no anaesthetic. Cycles may be unmedicated or supported with oral or injectable stimulation.
Who it is for
Mild male factor infertility, ovulation disorders, cervical factor, unexplained infertility, and single women or same-sex couples using donor sperm. It is usually attempted before IVF.
How long it takes
One cycle tracks a single menstrual cycle — roughly two to three weeks from the start of monitoring to the insemination, then a two-week wait. Only the insemination has to happen in person.

IUI clinics in Mexico
Showing 9 of 107, ordered by how much of each listing we have been able to verify — COFEPRIS accreditation, published price, confirmed English-speaking staff and a street address. Not by who pays us, and not by success rate, which no clinic in Mexico is required to report and which we therefore do not publish.

How this page orders clinics
- COFEPRIS accreditation on file — counted double · 39 of 107
- Publishes a starting price · 9 of 107
- English-speaking staff confirmed · 71 of 107
- Street address on file · 88 of 107
Accreditation counts double because it is the only one of these issued by somebody other than the clinic. Featured clinics are marked with a ribbon and are paying for that mark; it buys placement on the directory listing, not on this page.
IUI in Mexico — common questions
How much does IUI cost in Mexico?
Only 9 of the 107 IUI clinics we list publish a price, so we will not state a figure as our own finding. The published market range for intrauterine insemination (iui) in Mexico is $800–$2,500 USD — treat that as orientation and ask each clinic for an itemized quote stating what is and is not included.
What does Intrauterine Insemination involve?
Prepared sperm is placed directly into the uterus with a thin catheter, timed to ovulation. The procedure itself takes a few minutes and needs no anaesthetic. Cycles may be unmedicated or supported with oral or injectable stimulation. One cycle tracks a single menstrual cycle — roughly two to three weeks from the start of monitoring to the insemination, then a two-week wait. Only the insemination has to happen in person.
Which cities in Mexico have IUI clinics?
We list IUI in 17 cities. The largest are Ciudad de México (47), Guadalajara (9), Tijuana (8), Querétaro (6), Cancún (5). Choice of city usually matters less than choice of clinic — the price gap between two clinics in one city is routinely wider than the gap between two cities — so most patients pick on flight cost and travel time, then compare clinics within that city.
How do I tell IUI clinics in Mexico apart?
Start with what can be checked. 39 of the 107 clinics we list have COFEPRIS accreditation recorded — COFEPRIS is Mexico's federal health regulator, roughly the FDA's counterpart, and clinics performing assisted reproduction must be registered with it. 71 have confirmed English-speaking staff, and 9 publish a starting price. A clinic without a mark is one we have not confirmed, not one we know to be lacking. Ask for the COFEPRIS registration number, an itemized quote, and whether the doctor you will see speaks English or whether a coordinator interprets.
What are IUI success rates in Mexico?
We do not publish success rates, because there is no source for them we can stand behind. Mexico has no mandatory public outcome reporting comparable to the US SART database, so every figure a clinic quotes is self-reported and uncomparable to the next clinic's. Ask each one for its live-birth rate per embryo transfer, for your age band, for the most recent complete year, and for the number of cycles behind the percentage. A rate without a denominator tells you nothing.
