What IVF actually costs in Mexico

Every IVF price published by a fertility clinic in this directory, with the clinic named and a link to check it — and, more usefully, how many clinics publish a price at all.

Data as of June 2, 2026

8%

of the fertility clinics we list in Mexico publish a price

10 of the 131 clinics in this directory state a figure for an IVF cycle anywhere a patient can find it. The other 121 publish nothing, which is why comparing IVF costs in Mexico is as hard as it is — and why almost every “IVF in Mexico costs $X” figure online, including on this site's own guides, is a market estimate rather than a survey of what clinics charge.

Price transparency by city

How many clinics in each city publish a price, out of how many we list there. A city with a wide published range is not necessarily more expensive — it usually means one clinic there publishes a premium package price and the rest publish nothing.

How this data was collected

What counts as a price

A figure the clinic itself publishes for an IVF cycle — on its own website, in its own published materials, or stated to us directly. We do not estimate, we do not average a clinic into existence, and we do not carry a price a third party quoted on a clinic's behalf. A clinic that says “financing available” or “free first consultation” without a number is recorded as publishing no price, because it has not published one.

What the figures are for

One IVF cycle as that clinic describes it. Clinics define the package differently and few itemize it, so two prices in this table are not necessarily for the same set of services — which is the other half of why comparing them is difficult. Where a clinic published a single figure rather than a range, the table says so.

What is almost never included

Stimulation medication (typically $1,500–$4,000 more), genetic testing, donor eggs or sperm, embryo storage beyond an initial period, and travel. A quoted cycle price is not a treatment budget.

What we have not verified

We have not called these clinics to confirm the prices still stand, and we do not hold verified success-rate data for them. A COFEPRIS or English-speaking tick means we have that on file; a dash means we have not checked it, not that the clinic fails it. See our full methodology.

Coverage and its limits

This covers the 131 clinics in this directory across 17 cities, which is not every fertility clinic in Mexico. The transparency rate is a rate for the clinics we list, and we list the ones findable through public records and clinic websites. Read it as a strong indication about the market, not as a census of it.
